Songs - sound, words - and the local, care-fully prepared food, shared in a moment of silence, beautifully wove together the different approaches of regenerative practice: art, inner processes, and silence complementing engineering and science. Sylwia’s interventions during an immersive exhibition “Regenerative Practice at ETH Zurich” created a powerful pause in the constant flow of our thoughts and chatter, reminding us that intellect alone cannot heal the challenges we are facing.
